Who should attend the AI Pathfinder workshop?
AI Pathfinder is designed for senior leadership teams: C-Suite executives, directors, and senior managers. We recommend bringing your whole leadership team (maximum 8 participants) to ensure alignment and shared understanding.
Do we need any prior AI knowledge?
No prior AI knowledge is required. The workshop is designed to take participants from any starting point to confident understanding. You should bring a laptop or tablet with internet access.
Where does the workshop take place?
AI Pathfinder is delivered in-person at your premises. We bring all equipment and materials. You provide a meeting room with projector/screen, Wi-Fi, and refreshments.
What makes this different from a standard AI course?

What is the CPD certification?
The programme is CPD certified, providing 4.5 CPD hours (points) of structured active learning. All qualifying delegates receive a CPD Certificate of Attendance.

You leave with a completed 12-month roadmap and governance framework. AI Wales can provide follow-up support including implementation guidance, AI Champions training for your team, or ongoing mentorship.
