Personal data supports membership management, newsletter delivery (with consent), event communications, community introductions, service improvement, and legal obligations.

Processing relies on legitimate interests (community management and communications), consent (newsletter subscriptions), and contract performance.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with event co-organisers and service providers under data processing agreements, but not with advertisers.

Data retention

Membership data is retained during active membership plus up to two years after your last interaction. Event registration data is kept for three years. Newsletter data is retained until unsubscription.
